These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the Milton Mover website and all moving services we offer. By accessing or using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
Milton Mover offers a range of moving services including but not limited to residential moving, commercial moving, packing and unpacking, furniture moving, and specialty moves. Our services are subject to the availability and terms of service outlined below.
All bookings for moving services must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer support team directly.
You will receive a confirmation email upon booking your move. This confirmation will include the details of the services you requested, the date and time of the move, and the estimated cost.
Any changes to the booking, including but not limited to changes in the moving date or service scope, must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving day.
Payment for moving services is required in full prior to or at the time of completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other approved methods.
Invoices will be issued upon completion of services and will reflect the agreed-upon costs. Additional charges may apply for overtime, additional services, or special requests.
You may cancel or reschedule your move up to 48 hours before the scheduled moving day without incurring a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled move will incur a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the quoted moving cost.
No-show fees will be charged if our team arrives at the designated location and the move is canceled upon arrival.
Milton Mover is fully licensed and insured for your protection. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value or irreplaceable items, as our standard insurance coverage may not cover the full value of your possessions.
We are not liable for any damages or losses to items that are not properly packed by you or our team. Any items that are packed by you must be packed securely.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by weather conditions or unforeseen events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, road closures, etc.).
You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and prepared for transport.
If you require specialized services, such as packing fragile items, disassembling furniture, or handling heavy or oversized items, you must notify Milton Mover at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing clear access to your property for our movers. If there are any obstacles, such as narrow doorways, tight stairs, or heavy traffic, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance.
There are certain items that Milton Mover will not move due to safety concerns. These include:
Perishable food items
Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable liquids)
Live plants or animals
Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
Items that are illegal to transport under local or national laws

You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking, including details about the size and nature of the move.
Milton Mover reserves the right to refuse service if the behavior of the client or any individuals at the location is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe.
You are expected to cooperate with the movers and provide any necessary assistance to facilitate a smooth and efficient moving process.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milton Mover, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your actions, including negligence or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milton Mover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or emotional distress, arising out of the use of our services.
Our liability for any claims, damages, or losses is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
Milton Mover is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, floods, earthquakes)
Transportation delays (e.g., traffic accidents, road closures)
Labor disputes or strikes
Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
Milton Mover reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
